Each year, all FACT Board members, committee and task force members, inspectors, and volunteers must review and update applicable information to ensure FACT records are current. Notifications will be distributed annually when updates are due.
Inspectors: Use the same password you would use to log in to the portal.
Other Volunteers: Gain access to your account by completing the reset password process.
NOTE: To create a password or reset your password, select ‘Forgot Password’ on the login window. Once reset, this will be your login for all FACT single sign-on systems (portal, learning, and COI). If you continue to have difficulties logging in, contact Technology Services at technologyservices@factglobal.org.
Select My Tasks in the left navigation pane.
Select FACT Conflict of Interest & Acknowledgements.
Complete the items in the order listed.
Select each policy and attest to reading them by selecting Mark as Read, at the top center of the page.
Select and complete the FACT Conflict of Interest questionnaire.
