Inspectors FAQ

FACT uses an online application for inspectors.  The application and other information may be found on the FACT Inspector Application page.

There are different categories for various aspects of cellular therapy programs and cord blood banks. The basic eligibility requirements and categories can be viewed on our Inspector Categories page.

FACT offers separate workshops and other training materials for both cellular therapy and cord blood inspectors. Information about upcoming workshops may be found on our Calendar.

All current FACT inspectors need to complete the online FACT inspector application in order for the new FACTWeb system to recognize them as inspectors. This will provide them with free access to FACT educational activities and inspector resources. As soon as you submit the application, FACT will mark you as an inspector in the FACTWeb system. To complete the FACT inspector application, go to the FACT Inspector Application page
