Must have banked 500 cord blood units prior to inspection.
Must be actively banking.
Cord Blood Bank Director must have a doctoral degree in medicine or in a related scientific field.
Cord Blood Bank Medical Director must be a licensed physician.
Bank must meet or exceed all current FACT Cord Blood Bank Standards.
If your bank conducts its normal business in a language other than English, a minimal set of documents must be translated into English prior to the on-site inspection.
